Yes — every product in our clearance collection meets the same quality standard as our full-price range. We don't discount products because they're inferior. Lines go on clearance to make room for new arrivals or because stock is limited.
Will clearance lines be restocked?
No — once a clearance line sells through, it's gone. If you see something you love, we'd recommend securing it quickly. We can't reserve items or guarantee availability.
Can I return a clearance item?
Yes. Our standard 14-day return policy applies to all clearance purchases. Items must be unused and in original condition. We cover return shipping on all confirmed damaged or defective items.
How long does delivery take?
All clearance orders are dispatched within 4 business days from our Sydney warehouse. Metro areas typically arrive in 3–5 business days, regional areas 5–8 business days. Full tracking on every order.
