How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days across Australia, depending on your location. Express options are available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Just reach out and we'll walk you through it. See our full returns policy here.
My plant arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away — no hassle.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
We do! Whether you're a stylist, interior designer, or fitting out a commercial space, get in touch using the form and select "Wholesale enquiry" — we'd love to chat.
I'm not sure which plant suits my space — can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us a bit about your space (room size, light, style) and we'll personally recommend the best fit. This is our favourite kind of message to receive.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we ship within Australia and New Zealand only, including all states and territories. We're working on shipping to other countries — follow us on Instagram for updates.
