How it all started

Honestly? It started with a dead fiddle leaf fig. We'd bought it, moved it three times chasing the right light, overwatered it, underwatered it, and eventually watched it turn yellow and drop every single leaf.

We still loved the look of it. The shape. The way it had made the corner of the room feel finished. So we started looking for a realistic faux version — and kept running into either cheap, plasticky options or overpriced boutique pieces that felt impossible to justify.

That gap is exactly why The Plants Corner exists. We set out to find and offer faux plants that actually look real — the kind that your guests walk up to and touch just to check — at prices that make sense for everyday Australian homes.

We're a small, family-run business and every product we carry is one we'd genuinely put in our own home.
