Payments

All payments for products purchased on theplantscorner.com.au must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices displayed on our website are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment is processed at the time of order. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Order cancellations

You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. If you cancel within this window, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

After 12 hours, your order will have entered our fulfilment process and can no longer be cancelled. At this point we are unable to modify the items in your order, however we may be able to update your shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched — please contact us immediately if you need to make this change.

Refunds

Refunds are available for products purchased directly from theplantscorner.com.au. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction — typically 3–5 business days after we process it.
