How Long Will It Take?
Our delivery time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Our team carefully prepares each order before shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 pm (GMT+11) will start processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs for Australia
We've got different shipping rates depending on where you're located:
Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Victoria: 4-6 business days, $19.99 AUD
New South Wales: 4-6 business days, $14.99 AUD
Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia: 4-6 business days, $39.99 AUD
Tracking Your Order
We'll use Australia Post to deliver your goodies. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order within 24 hours.
Need to Update Your Address?
No worries! Contact us at theplantscornerau@gmail.com or call us at +61 404 950 765 within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't change the shipping address once your order is on its way.
