For large commercial orders (typically $3,000+) we're happy to discuss additional volume pricing. Contact our trade team with your project scope and we'll put together a custom quote.
Trade members receive an extended 30-day return window — double the standard 14-day retail policy. If a piece doesn't work for your project for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receipt and we'll arrange a return or exchange. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Yes — we can ship to any Australian address including commercial sites, project addresses and display homes. For deliveries requiring specific timing or instructions, note this in your order or contact us ahead of dispatch.
